  • Compensation: $42,000 - $50,000

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HELP DESK ANALYST

  • Management of systems/network - ability to troubleshoot error codes, malfunctioning workstations, etc.
  • Add/delete users to Office 365
  • Grant user permissions to specific applications
  • Troubleshoot and triage systems - software upgrades/updates
  • Traditional desktop/help desk support - answering trouble tickets
  • Assist with data migrations

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THE HELP DESK ANALYST

  • Associates Degree - IT, Computer Systems or related field
  • Experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support roles
  • Point of Sale implementation/set-up/support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT related certifications are a plus!
