Help Desk Associate
Our IT Department is looking to hire a Help Desk Associate in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of corporate network architecture and a sharp focus on internal customer service. This includes deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Mac OS and Windows, and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems. We are looking for someone with the drive and self-motivation to learn and grow with the team, and to take on increasing responsibilities within the IT department. We believe in best-ever experiences from the inside out, so we're looking for an approachable, friendly candidate who will love their co-workers as much as we love them.
