Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time Level I/II MAC and PC Support Engineer with 1+ years of extensive hands-on experience with the following: iMac and MacBook repairs, as well as all OSX operating systems. Support all MAC and Windows environments on-site.ResponsibilitiesProvide phone support and remote remediation for workstation issuesTroubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologiesProvide remote installations of new software and upgradesProvide remote installation of service packs and security updatesProvide onsite support and installations to clients when necessaryProvide help desk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issuesSkills & ExperienceKnowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems and desktop applicationsExperience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Cisco Phone Systems is a plusCertifications are a plusCompany OverviewFounded in 1997, Lincoln Computer Services is a growing custom IT solution provider, servicing New York City and Long Island, New York.
