TITLE : Help desk representative (NO C2C CANDIDATES)
LOCATION : Costa Mesa, CA
CONTRACT DURATION : 12 months (with possible extension)
PAY RATE : $28/hr on W2
ONSITE ROLE (Costa Mesa, CA)
TIMING : 8am - 5 pm/7am - 4 pm)
5 days in office no exceptions. 8-5 or 7-4 flexible with the time. They just cant be by themselves to start so that someone is there to train them.
Very traditional help desk rep role.
Helping with software and hardware questions, someone to come in and help with asset retrieval and shipping. Almost like an asset manager role but will eventually take on some of the ticketing tasks.
Tickets are dispersed but the tech lead
Key projects: A large amount of asset work that needs an extra hand
Possibility for Extension or conversion: Extension is possible but FTE conversion is a no at this time but may exist later on
