In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated helpdesk team providing critical support to users via phone, email, remote access, and in-person. You'll gain valuable experience working with both Windows and MacOS systems, configuring and deploying hardware, and managing Active Directory accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

The Help Desk Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support via phone, remote assistance, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Managing and deploying computer systems and encrypted hard drives.
  • Creating and updating helpdesk tickets.
  • Administering Windows Active Directory user accounts and group memberships.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience with Windows desktop OS (7, 10, 11) and MacOS systems.
  • Familiarity with a Windows Active Directory environment, including hardware and software maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, and firmware.
