Responsibilities
* Manage, support and troubleshoot Windows-based laptops, workstation, and related systems.
* Assist in configuring PC machines and infrastructure equipment
* Help maintain remote offices, including network and phone systems
* Assist local and remote locations with in-house software packages and programs
* Complete necessary and accurate documentation of work performed
* Inventory Management and IT related logistics
* Performs a variety of duties with frequent interruptions or distractions, adjusting priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

* All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Associates degree in an IT related program or four years of equivalent work experience supporting desktop computers in a business environment
* Strong working knowledge of operating systems in a networked environment
* Experience with commonly used business applications
* Effective problem solving & critical thinking skills
* Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
* Up to 30% travel (Domestic-USA)
* Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
