The candidate must be able to work both remotely and occasionally onsite in Haddonfield, NJ, and provide support at our client site in Homedale, NJ. This role is ideal for individuals with break/fix experience, proficiency in ticketing systems, Microsoft support, and experience managing printers and conference room setups.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Solve and manage break/fix tasks to minimize client downtime.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.Support Microsoft environments, including Office 365, Windows, and related software.Set up and maintain printers and conference rooms, ensuring smooth functionality.Utilize ticketing systems to document, track, and resolve technical support requests.Assist with onsite support at client locations, particularly in Homedale, NJ.Stay updated on current IT trends and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 1 year of IT support experience or equivalent work-study.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft support, and break/fix tasks.Experience in setting up printers and managing conference room technology.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between sites.Hybrid work setting, with the ability to travel to Haddonfield, NJ, and client sites in Homedale, NJ, as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
