Location: Onsite 4 days a week in NYC

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance to senior executives, including C-suite leaders and front-office traders. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations and delivering a superior user experience for high-priority stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess advanced troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing the unique technical needs of executive-level users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver white-glove IT support tailored to senior executives, ensuring minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to executive requests, providing onsite and remote support for laptops, mobile devices, VoIP, and SIP video conferencing technologies.
  • Proactively maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts, email systems, and other executive-critical IT services.
  • Support and manage tools such as Office 365, Azure Cloud, Zoom, SCCM, and MS Intune, prioritizing executive needs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications with meticulous attention to detail to support senior-level operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of IT support experience, with a proven track record of working with senior executives in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in desktop and server hardware, software, and peripheral devices, with a focus on high-availability solutions for executives.
  • Experience supporting MDM/MAM solutions and advanced VoIP/SIP conferencing systems for leadership meetings.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, such as Bloomberg, is required.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure executive environments.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for system and account management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of working effectively with senior executives and conveying technical solutions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, providing on-call support after hours and on weekends as needed.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel to provide IT support at executive residences.
