In this role, you will be working as a Help Desk Support Technician for a client who works in the IT Support Industry. This position will be responsible for providing troubleshooting for level 1 support. This is a contract position. It will likely start in November with sporadic training and then move to 37.50 hour weeks starting December 2nd likely through the end of the year or longer. The pay on this position ranges from $18-$20 an hour and the position must be performed on-site. The hours for this role are from 11:00 PM- 7:30 am. Job Requirements:
- Ability to answer phones and e-mail's with a customer service focus
- Ability to help troubleshoot in a prompt and courteous manner
- Level 1 trouble shooting that pertains to hardware, software, and applications
