We're looking for someone who is a solid IT Specialist to be a key contributor to that team.What You'll Be Doing:Interact and assist customers from various parts of USCYBERCOM for all types of IT support needsAssess, research, and resolve incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and infrastructure componentsMaintain a log of all incidents and requestsProvide a positive client support experienceMonitor systems and peripheral equipment, system processing, and error listingsPerform IT administration and functions - user adds, moves and deletes, backup and restore, preventive maintenance, and upgradesDetermine appropriate IT policies, while creating and improving upon system documentationWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required for considerationMinimum two (2) years of experience in Information TechnologyBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; HS Diploma with 5 years of experienceActive DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Level I Certification or higher (ex: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, Security+ CE)What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Experience with VTC scheduling / troubleshootingTier 1 support experienceExperience with JIRA and Remedy ticketing systemsExperience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)A problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solutionLocation: Fort Meade/Columbia, MD (Customer Site - CANX)Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI w/PolygraphThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
