Akkodis is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist for a infrastructure position with a client located in Omaha, NE. This individual will work with internal and external people to resolve issues and drive efforts to help customers future proof their systems and networks. Pay/Salary Range: $40,000/yr - $65,000/yr

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and application support to all employees.
• Respond to, resolve, and escalate issues submitted via the ticketing system or phone calls.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems through both remote and deskside support.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the documentation of procedures and guidelines for internal team use.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software support.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks.
• Experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 365 administration.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in remote administration and end-user support.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Windows 11 or earlier operating systems.
• Strong customer-focused support abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
