Anova has adopted a Hybrid-Working Policy. All employees collaborate in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and have the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities for this role Include but are not limited to:

* Serve as the first contact to provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining the end user computing environment

* Identify and manage local IT maintenance and services to ensure the company's technology infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently.

* Provides answers to users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective steps

* Onboard ANE employees in person and ensure they are fully set up with all necessary company applications.

* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues

* Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting

* Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

* Keep record of problems and their resolution

* Follow-up with customers

* Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve

* Suggest improvements on procedures

* Perform software installation, configuration, and upgrades

* Provide on-call/afterhours support as needed/assigned

What you'll need to succeed:

* In-depth knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

* Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Customer-oriented and patient

* Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration experience is essential

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
