Job Description:
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 related Ticket via live chat as well as telephonically Support-related interface Error resolution. Effectively explain technical information to users of all levels Respond to customer requests; replicate & troubleshoot any issues Find ways to assist customers in getting the best out of the system Provide feedback to system teams for analysis, resulting in a better customer experience Always attempt first contact ticket resolution. Guide clients on how software works and on software updates, by continuous learning and understanding of the software, how it works, and how it impacts our clients Accurately and precisely document a summary of the client's concerns and/or solutions provided in Zoho Try to deescalate any issues before referring them to Tier 2 for assistance Escalate issues following proper protocol and documentation processes Categorize issues into appropriate area of the software when escalating issues, so that the Client Experience Team can promptly respond Profile Qualification in IT or relevant work experience Software troubleshooting Help Desk Support Excellent customer relationship skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Experience working in an application maintenance environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Articulate, detail-oriented, dedicated, and conscientious. Experience in a technical support role Skills: You have a passion for, and background in, helping others You can make technology seem simple to anyone You're a master of the verbal and written word Must be a master Multitasker!
