- Assist with the administration and auditing of employee access within internal and third-party systems as well as reporting any findings during the quarterly audit to the IT Help Desk Manager.
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users looking for technical assistance via email, phone, Teams and in-person.
- Monitor and triage support requests through an internal help desk platform, routing requests to the correct technicians.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware to support end user activities. Travel to sites will be necessary on occasion to provide support.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and internal processes.
RequirementsQualifications
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft Office
- Experience with PowerShell and Python a plus.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Attention to detail, memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented, well organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently between multiple priorities.
- Flexibility and desire to learn new skills as they become applicable.
Education/Training/Experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an IT support role
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
