Job Description:
The purpose of the Help Desk Technician is to be the first point of contact for technical assistance for company employees.Technician will maintain computer equipment in the offices and on the factory floor. Basic domain and Office 365 administration. Other activities as directed by management. Key relationships:- Report directly to the Senior Systems Administrator- Directly interface with all company employees in all departmentsResponsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for company employees seeking technical assistance. - Provide remote and desk side assistance to employees as needed.- Implement and maintain a ticket-based tracking system.- Be able to trouble shoot technical issues independently.- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support. - Onboarding new employees.- Offboarding exiting employees.- Be on call in rotation.Base pay will start at $20 - $22/hour plus overtime, at time and a half plus full company benefits.
