Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a help desk technician to join their team for a contract assignment.This role is deskside and phone support for IT incidents and requests. Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows operating system (Win10, Win11, Windows Services), (macOS / Linux beneficial)
- Experience with remote desktop tools and remote support software
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, etc
- Understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP; DNS; DHCP and VPN.
- Active Directory tools and manage users accounts, groups, permissions.
