With 75 users and minimal Tier 1 and 2 tickets, you'll handle advanced troubleshooting, system management, and A/V support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 desktop support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Maintain and update A/V systems, with an upcoming project to upgrade conference rooms.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and enforce protocols.
- Troubleshoot and manage Mac, Windows, and mobile devices.
- Train staff on digital whiteboards, video conferencing tools, and other office technology.
- Manage system provisioning, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Provide remote support for staff across various locations.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support/customer service.
- Strong Mac and Windows troubleshooting skills.
- AV knowledge is a plus.
- Enterprise or entertainment industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
