A Help Desk Technician is a member of the Information Technology team, provides help desk support services, and projects a positive and professional attitude to the Warrior Met Coal employees.
A Help Desk Technician will provide efficient and customer friendly service in the area of computer, printer, phone, and other office technologies to ensure Warrior Met Coal employees are able to perform their jobs at using the deployed office technologies. Including, but not limited to:
* provide 1st level onsite and remote support services for escalated Help Desk tickets
* provide class room training for office technologies
* operate within a team to provide high-levels of customer service to Help Desk clients and dotted line customers by working openly with their teammates
* assist with hardware lease and disposal for all Warrior Met Coal offices
* provide after hours on-call support for Warrior Met Coal's employees and business systems
* Monitor, triage, respond to, and escalate Help Desk phone line and email queue (75%)
* Assist with management of software compliance and hardware asset lease and disposal (10%)
* Provide training to Help Desk customers (10%)
* Travel to/from remote sites (5%
Must be physically able to perform work in a manufacturing environment in order to troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software applications. Must be able to lift and carry computer equipment, peripherals and supplies weighing approximately 50-75 lbs.
