Maintenance Technician
· Up to $30 per hour based on experience
· Both residential and commercial properties.
· Must have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repair.
· Must have valid New York State driver's license.
· Must be available for on-call rotation, and occasional overtime.
· Reference check and background check are a must!
