CherryRoad is seeking to hire a Helpdesk Analyst to work at a client site located in Goshen, NY. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team.This position will be responsible for addressing helpdesk phone calls, supporting clients in-person, and assisting with project tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
- Act as helpdesk and point of contact for IT related issues.
- Support customers by phone and in-person.
- Responsible for initial triage and assignment of tickets.Must open, update, or resolve tickets as required.
- Develop and maintain knowledgebase articles and troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate and communicate customer issues and infrastructure related alerts to 2nd level support team.
- Act as a liaison during major incidents.
- Develop and follow troubleshooting procedures to resolve problems.
- Overall A/V help, including live streaming meetings
- Other duties as assigned.
- Onsite, 11am – 6pm schedule
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2-year experience at an IT Helpdesk or Network Operations Center environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructures.
- 1+ year previous experience with IT ticketing tools.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Some network experience preferred.
