Job Description:

Are you ready to jump into an IT project immediately? We are seeking skilled candidates for a time-bound Desktop Support role to support a high-volume reimaging project across several offices. This role involves reimaging 1,200 laptops for multiple locations, with the goal of ensuring smooth transitions for users and reliable, ready-to-go devices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reimage approximately 5-10 laptops per day, following a structured reimaging process.
  • Coordinate closely with end-users for deployment and pick-up of devices.
  • Travel to secondary locations within a 10-mile radius to assist with reimaging and equipment delivery.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality support throughout the project duration, adhering to attendance and project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Background in computing support, helpdesk, or network engineering.
  • Prior experience in reimaging or IT support roles is highly preferred.
  • College degree, technical certifications, or equivalent training in computing may substitute for direct experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to the reimaging process.
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to the full duration of the project are essential.
