Location: must be able to work onsite 4 days/week (Austin, TX 78731) Salary: $75k - $80k Ideal Candidate:
- 3-7 years experience
- Windows 10 & 11
- Active Directory
- Experience providing printer support
- Great customer service
- Experience providing desktop application support: Adobe, Teams, Outlook
- Experience with ticketing systems: Zendesk, Jira or other familiar systems
Additional info:
- Will receive tickets through the ticketing system, walk ups, phone calls, chat messages.
- Will occasionally need to help with conference rooms. Mostly rebooting the system or plugging in a cable. May get tickets around their phone system, Genesis (have 3rd party support)
- Need to be okay with a small environment (120 employee company).
- May receive about a dozen tickets a day.
