**Helpdesk Support Specialist**

**Albuquerque, NM - DTS - IHS SESS Contract**

RESPEC, an integrated consulting and services company that provides clients with high-quality technical and advisory services covering a variety of industries, seeks a Help Desk Service Specialist.

**Position Description:**

The Helpdesk Service Specialist is responsible for providing administrative helpdesk support and ensuring that the clients Service Level Agreements are met. The successful candidate will work primarily under the direction of the client project manager(s) responsible for helpdesk ticket triage and management.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:**

* Serve as the primary helpdesk service specialist for a large suite of software applications

* Work closely with the client to ensure that processes are understood, and expectations are met

* Ensure that help-desk tickets are triaged and managed according to processes provided by the client

* Set up and host on-line meetings between customers and developers to facilitate ticket resolution

* Provide support on additional projects as assigned by client.

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Minimum of 3-5 years previous helpdesk experience

* Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance

* Literate in computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Azure DevOps)

* Experience with ServiceNow preferred

* Effective time management

* Excellent organizational skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Team player who can also work independently and demonstrates initiative

* Technical writing experience is preferred. Ability to write helpdesk process guides is required.

**Compensation:** Salary depends on experience and expertise.
