Location: Merrimack,NH Required Skills: Troubleshooting. Hardware, Software, Enterprise applications. Basic experience querying data in database. Basic understanding of ITIL processes. Ticketing tool experience (ServiceNow)Good understanding and working knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM practices. Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Power.
