Midwest Health is looking for talented Helpdesk Technician. This person provides the first point of contact for the majority of IT related requests. They provide assistance to users with various levels of computer experience over the phone or through email. They also support staff and computing infrastructure at our Corporate Office, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities and other ancillary properties. As a help desk representative , you will work under the general supervision of the Helpdesk Supervisor to:
- Provide first line support for any information technology issues and problems
- Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
- Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications
- Track user account creation, changes and deletions
- Troubleshoot computer problems, determine source and advise on appropriate action
