Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician with experience across a variety of systems, technologies, and applications. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering efficient support in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities. Respond to and manage help desk requests from both onsite and remote users. Route tickets to appropriate technicians or support groups. Provide troubleshooting and resolution support for hardware, software, and system issues. Prepare and deploy laptops and other devices as needed. Offer local and remote support for the following systems: Windows and mac. OS (hardware and software) Android and iOS mobile devices Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams Adobe Creative Cloud applications Various enterprise/business applications Multi-function printers, network printers, and telephone systems Conference room equipment Assist with hardware procurement, inventory management, and disposal.
