What you will enjoy doing*
* You will assist craftsman with assigned craft
* Productivity level must consistently equal the company's established productivity requirements, as defined by work instructions
* Further, you are responsible that the workmanship must meet the company's quality standards and follow LENA safety policies and procedures as outlined in the safety manual
* Also, you will sustain 5's Lean Manufactory in assigned work cell
* Moreover, you will participate in value stream improvements and Kaizen events
What makes you great
* You have fabrication shop experience and you can operate overhead crane and power tools
* Further, you are familiar with drawing and understand bills of material, as well as with basic maintenance of shop equipment/tools
* You are familiar with drawings to identify materials and mark identification on material
* Also, you are able to work with minimal supervision and you must have the ability and willing to learn new skills and task in piping
* In addition, you must demonstrate the desire to perform in a professional manner as a member of a team to give inputs on activities that will help complete project assignments in a timely and efficient manner while upholding the quality and safety standards
* This position is a safety sensitive position, you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others, including but not limited to (forklifts, cranes, tractor trailers, operating machinery, etc.)
