The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the dairy operation, including employee management, herd health, feeding, breeding, and equipment operation. This is a key position that will involve direct hands-on work with both dairy cattle and calves, including health care and breeding responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with both employees and management.As the dairy operation continues to expand, there is potential for the position to evolve into a more General Management role, with less direct involvement in daily operations over time.
