Summary of the position:

The Package Air - Inside Sales Representative will focus on our commercial package products and MAP sales. Specifically, the ISR will handle commercial products' requests for quote from channel and provide the necessary quotation and support documentation in a timely manner, ensuring specific timeliness service level goals are met. This role will also provide quotation assistance (costing, pricing) as required for MAP system inquiries. This position will also accept, confirm completeness and accuracy of PO's, and process through order entry and manufacturing. The ISR will further lead targeted prospecting / lead generation campaigns, proactively follow up on active quote opportunities, and provide general sales, product, technical, and customer support to channel. This position may also assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals for channel. Interfacing daily with customers (and manufacturing), nurturing those relationships, and developing a strong rapport is paramount. Effectively utilizing CRM to manage opportunities, and communicate results and reports as required.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Managed Air Power (MAP) - Project Management:

* Provide costing and pricing data, documentation and product specifications as required.

* Support MAP orders; from receipt of PO to production and scheduling, to shipment, installation and commissioning of equipment.

* Commercial Offering (Air Power Unit / Custom Power Unit) - Technical and Business Support:

* Prepare Custom Power Unit (CPU) and Air Power Unit (APU) quotes. Provide all necessary documentation to support the quotes. Support with sales presentations if needed.

* Act as point of contact for channel inquiries; technical needs, product questions, and general sales and customer service support.

* Support the engineering, design and development of our APU portfolio - costing, pricing, commercial materials e.g. quote pricing configurator, vendor costing inquiries, etc.

* Manage incoming PO's; receipt of PO's, review for completeness and accuracy, order entry, communication with manufacturing and scheduling, ensuring timely shipment and delivery of packages.

* Develop and manage targeted prospecting / lead generation campaigns, driving incremental sales and market penetration / development.

* General:

* Provide technical guidance to other internal teams and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

* Maintain accurate project / portfolio documentation, quotations, opportunities, etc. via CRM.

* Generate comprehensive sales and progress reports for stakeholders and management.

* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

* Associates degree in engineering or business, along specific products experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Professional experience:

* Industry experience with strong written and verbal communication.

* Strong understanding of Microsoft office suite, prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP, Dynamics/Salesforce CRM project management software a plus.

* Proven experience in inside sales, and providing customer service excellence.

* Strong knowledge of compressed air systems and related equipment preferred.
