Job Description:
We have an immediate need for experienced Home Health RNs to cover our Central-North Pinellas territory. This is a PRN position for VISITS NOT SHIFT. If you live outside of the area please keep in mind it's PRN. Must have Home Health Aide Certificate with 75 hours Field HHA for Medicare Certified Home Health - Per Diem W2 Employee (PRN). Must Have Home Health Aide Certificate with 75 hours of training We have an immediate need for experienced Home Health Aides to cover our North Pinellas territory. Job Summary A paraprofessional person who is specifically trained, competent, and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction and supervision of the registered nurse (RN). Qualifications - Must meet Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide training program and competency. - Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job. - Ability to carry out directions, read and write. - Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly. - Must have current CPR certification, TB test, Health Statement/physical clearing to work, and eligible Level 2 background Responsibilities - Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures. - Reports changes in the patient's condition and needs to the RN. - Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy. - Performs personal care, bath, and hands-on care as assigned.
