Notify the Agency Director immediately of any incidents or accidents.Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required.Provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including: bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing, and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including pericare and applying lotion; transfer of patients from bed to chair and to wheelchair; and transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode, and toilet.Assist with household tasks directly essential to the client's personal care.Education and ExperienceExperience Desired:Six months experience in personal care or home community-based services preferred.License Requirements:Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.Current CT CNA or HHA Certification.Company OverviewLHC Group is committed to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer.
