Individualized Tutoring: Provide one-on-one or small group (3-5 students) tutoring sessions in ELA and Math, tailored to students' specific needs and learning styles.

Lesson Planning: Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and address students' academic challenges.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track students' progress, adjusting tutoring strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Communication: Collaborate with teachers and parents to understand students' academic goals and share insights on progress and areas for improvement.

Data Collection: Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress, contributing to program evaluation and improvement efforts.

Salary $50 per hour/ up to 4 hours per week for 16 weeks/ not to exceed $3200
