*Job Summary* As a High-Level Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with various clerical tasks and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. *Responsibilities* - Assist in maintaining financial records by accurately entering data into accounting software - Prepare and process financial documents - Conduct basic balance sheet reconciliations - Support payroll management activities - Assist in general ledger reconciliation - Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures *Experience* - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices - Familiarity with accounting software such as Quicken, Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage - Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping - Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations - Proficiency in math for numerical accuracy - Experience or coursework related to accounting is a plus - Knowledge of Cost Accounting -3 to 5 years experience -Bachelor's Degree in accounting or similar field preferred but not required - Car Dealership experience a plus
