High school graduate. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with public, staff and students. Ability to manage/prioritize/complete work assignments from multiple sources in a timely fashion. Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to deal with confidential material. Excellent phone communication skills. Creative problem-solver. Team oriented. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel & Campus preferred. Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred. Responsibilities: Responsible for answering telephones and parent/student contact. Responsible for processing student attendance and census information. General secretarial duties as needed. Other duties as assigned. Responsible To: Building Principal Compensation / Benefits: RAVE Clerical Association - Wage Group IV : $21.03 - $23.62 Hourly - According to contractual agreement (based on 2024-25 contract) If benefit eligible, benefits are available to new employees effective the first day of active employment.
