Job Description: • Manage the high-speed print queue with the RSA (Rochester Software Associates) application. • Run three Canon Variprint 6000 Titan printers, managing the collating, sealing, loading, unloading of bins to meet the current volume of 750K impressions/month. • Utilize Plant Press application for form development • Collaborate with multiple teams to meet SLAs • Coordinate service and repairs on copiers • Maintain stock levels for paper and supplies • Communicate to customers the expectations of service and product delivery • This is an essential job function of the state of Maine; work during inclement weather is to be expected
