Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Contract High Volume Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our construction client. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in high-volume recruitment. This role requires a recruiter who is adept at sourcing, screening, and hiring a large number of candidates within tight deadlines, ensuring our client's staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.This is a remote, contract role.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for a variety of roles within the construction industry.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates and streamline the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation and reports related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Approximately 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume recruitment.
- Previous experience recruiting for the construction industry or similar fields is highly desirable.
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
