Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa-Line Cooks Location: Hilton Head Island, SC, 29928 Job Description: The Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team. The Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as a Line Cook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
