TheTranscription Forms Coordinator position performs duties which support physician education, facility forms, transcription and clerical department responsibilities.
Position Qualifications
Education:
As required by Appropriate licensing agency
Experience:
2 year previous Medical Records Department experience preferred, however, comparable physician office experience considered.
Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, Word and Power Point experience required.
Detail oriented approach to task completion required.
Must be capable of dealing with hospital staff and medical staff with courtesy and tact.
Computer, phone, fax, copier experience required.
Medical Terminology preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
None.
Acute care hospital. Area is well lighted and ventilated. Most work will be inside, but occasionally may be required to go outside. May be required to travel to physician offices for educational programs.
