CDL-A Drivers – Mileage-Based Pay with Performance Bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate:
- Mileage pay at $0.53 per mile
- Additional bonus per mile based on monthly mileage tiers:
- 9,000 miles = $0.03 per mile
- 10,000 miles = $0.06 per mile
- 11,000 miles = $0.09 per mile
- Minimum weekly miles guarantee: 1,500 miles
- Holiday Pay: $150 per day
Additional Pay and Benefits:
- Accessorial pay includes: Tolls, Stops, Wait, Layover, and Hazmat
- High-value loads bonus: $0.04 per mile
- Vacation Pay: Calculated based on average weekly pay over the prior 52 weeks
- Weekly Average Miles: 2,642 miles
Pet and Rider Policies: Both pet and rider programs are available.
Driver Responsibilities:
- Operate dry van loads with 65% drop-and-hook assignments
- No driver unloading required
- Operating areas include: VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR, TX, OK, TN, KY, IN, IL, OH, MO, KS. No Northeast states.
Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum of 1 year of OTR experience in the past 3 years or 2 years of OTR experience in the past 5 years
- Clean driving record
