Hiring For Mechanical Assemblers in Connelly Springs, Pay Up To $21/hr.APPLY IMMEDIATELY!!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Panel Assembly Technician to layout and assemble complex electronic/electrical components for panel assemblies. This role involves frequent variation in detail, number of parts, and wiring patterns. Responsibilities include:Receiving written and verbal instructions from the supervisorReading and interpreting blueprints, detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams for a wide variety of control panelsReading and interpreting bills of materials and checking components for any unusual deviation from required specificationsPerforming layout of various electrical control component parts such as motor starters, starter protectors, ivec relays, bar scanners, photocells, industrial computers, power supplies, and fuse holdersWiring and connecting components utilizing standard terminal blocksOperating a wide variety of hand and power tools including drills (3/8” & ½”), air and electric grinders, hydraulic punches, drill press, hole and jig saw, and tapsAssigning work to and instructing assemblers in lower classificationsNotifying the supervisor of any unusual conditions of material, drawings, parts, shop equipment, and parts and material shortagesMeeting acceptable time/work standardsKeeping immediate work area clean and orderlyWorking in accordance with established safety policiesMUST HAVE: Basic hand tools for the role.Hard SkillsReading blueprints and engineering drawingsInterpreting schematics and wiring diagramsPerforming electrical component layoutWiring and connecting componentsOperating hand and power toolsSoft SkillsAttention to detailAbility to follow instructionsEffective communicationProblem-solvingTeam leadershipJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Connelly Springs, North Carolina.Work EnvironmentClean/climate controlled electrical roomAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
