This role is incredibly important to the success of the restaurant team and will have the opportunity to learn other tasks in our kitchen operation. YOU WILL:
- Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen workstations.
- Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick-up areas.
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning and food prep tasks.
- Help to maintain the A letter grade by following Department of Health and DIG food safety standards.
YOU HAVE:
