Position Summary:

As a Hiring Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the organization's staffing needs. Working closely with department heads and HR, you will develop effective hiring strategies, manage recruitment operations, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is critical in building and maintaining a high-performing workforce that supports our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Leadership:

  • Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various levels and roles.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
  • Build a talent pipeline for key positions to address current and future staffing needs.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering an efficient hiring process.
  • Conduct post-interview evaluations and support hiring decisions in collaboration with team leads.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure recruitment processes align with employment laws and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and implement best practices to enhance hiring effectiveness.

Team Collaboration:

  • Partner with HR and department heads to align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring teams on interview techniques and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, including ATS and sourcing platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
