Hiring Our Heroes Fellows
Are you interested in maximizing your military professional experience while learning how to transfer your skills to the corporate world? Our practitioners bring a collaborative mindset, an appetite for continuous learning, and a desire to grow their skills in meaningful ways - all while delivering exceptional client service.
The Hiring Our Heroes Corporate fellowship program allows Transitioning Military members to participate in a 12 week fellowship program while they remain employed by the Military. Fellows will be provided Deloitte designed learning experience to prepare them for a client service environment with project shadowing integrated; allowing them to transition careers with confidence. Upon successful completion of this 12 week fellowship fellows may have the opportunity to be considered for a full time role.

Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Active Duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
* Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
