We consider it a privilege to make a meaningful difference, and we love what we do.As the HIV Screening and Early Intervention Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:Perform HIV screening and testing sessions at OASAS approved substance abuse treatment programsProvide HCV screening and testing to individuals who represent as high risk, screening will be provided during and not absent of HIV screeningConduct outreach activities to identify opportunities for HIV screening at OASAS certified programsImmediate referral to on-going HIV medical care and support through Catholic Charities Care Coordination Services for clients retuning a reactive result during screeningTrack performance of program, and identify required structural changes to increase success of program.
