DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and writing skills, be capable of managing schedules, and be willing to frequently run errands and occasionally provide transportation for physicians. This role will also involve personal assistant duties to support the daily needs of our physicians.
Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for physicians.
- Technical Skills: Utilize various software applications for data entry, document preparation, and communication.
- Writing Skills: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Errands: Regularly run errands, including picking up supplies, delivering documents, and other tasks as needed.
- Transportation: Occasionally transport physicians between meetings and hospital locations.
- Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks for physicians, such as managing personal schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling personal correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, as needed.
- Organization: Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and other relevant software.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
