- Monitor and support security operations systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with Level II Support Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in system programming and configuration as needed.
- Provide help desk support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in network support and troubleshooting.
- Previous help desk or technical support experience.
- Knowledge or experience in system programming.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibly cover scheduled off-hour shifts to accommodate team PTO.
