Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects. Site Visits: Participate in on-site visits to gain practical insights into construction processes and safety protocols. Documentation: Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success. Research: Conduct research on industry best practices, materials, and technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability. Problem Solving: Engage in creative problem-solving to address challenges that may arise during the construction process. Learning and Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of construction management. - Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.).
- Strong interest in construction and a desire to pursue a career in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (preferred).
