Job Description:

An award-winning design-build general contractor based in Atlanta, GA. is looking for a talented Project Manager to join their growing team and help them build amazing things!

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate with a talented team, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will drive the success of each project, while fostering meaningful relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control and safety throughout all project phases.
  • Address and resolve any project issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings, provide regular updates, and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative environment, promoting a team-first mentality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, schedules, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety credentials (preferred).
