When employees win, so does Caterpillar.If you are interested in applying for this position, please attach a copy of your resume and an unofficial copy of your transcripts to your application.**Basic Qualifications:**+ Must have completed one of the following degree programs from a 4-year accredited university/college: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics or other Business or Technology major with a minimum of 18 hours of Core Finance classes.+ Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Finance GPA & Cumulative GPA).+ Must be able to relocate to either the Peoria, IL or Irving, TX areas for the duration of the fellowship, and complete daily work commute using reliable transportation.**Top Candidates Will Also Have:**+ Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.+ Strong desire to work in a collaborative work environment.+ Leadership experience.+ Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.**Additional Information:**+ Travel requirements are
