Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized and supportive care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:•Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.•Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals based on clients' dietary preferences and restrictions.•Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility challenges by providing assistance with walking, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.•Companionship: Engage in friendly conversation, companionship, and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.•Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment.•Transportation: Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.•Monitoring Health Conditions: Observe and report any changes in clients' health conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.•Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, including daily activities, observations, and any changes in clients' conditions.•Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.Qualifications:•High school diploma or equivalent.•Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.•Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the changing needs of clients.•Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if transportation is required for the role).•Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Working Conditions:This position may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.
